TWiTaWOO was born after photos from boxes in a loft were found to be fading through years and years of storage. By scanning each photo in turn, and auto-correcting during the scan, we were able to successfully digitise our photo collection.
We also had a box of black & white photos dating back to 1927 from previous family generations, which needed scanning, enhancing and in some cases restoring using a variety of software (including AI) and our specialist skills to bring them back to the modern day standard.
Inspired by the emotion and delight in family and friend’s faces when they viewed the digital images, we set out to create a service that not only restores images but also revives the stories they tell.
